Is Blood Pressure Of 143/107 A Cause For Concern?

My blood pressure been up all day since this morning 140/110 And when I went back to health department it went up some more 150/112 so I went and laid down woke up with dizziness and a headache I went to CVS and check it it was 143/107...What I need to do...im 28 year old female

Yes, It may be a cause for worry. I would recommend a visit to ER and get yourself checked. An ECG and a few blood test may be required.
Though Systolic BP (numerator) of 140-150 is not of much concern even if it is slightly higher than normal, your diastolic BP (denominator) is very high.

Consult with a cardiologist if possible.
