is my blood pressure high, my reading is 168/93
I am 68 years old, my weight is 12 st 8pound.
I am 5feet 3 inches tall. Have underactive thyroid.
Take the following medication:Amolpodine 5mg,Bendroflumethiazide 2.5 mg,Ramipril 2.5mg,Levothroxine125mg.

This BP for your age is high. We keep a target bp of 150/90mm Hg for age more than 60 years. You can continue taking Amlodipine and should increase Ramipril dosage. Follow a lot salt diet and do regular exercise.
