Is Blood Pressure Of 169/83 Along With Severe Cough A Cause For Concern?

My husband keeps coughing. No cold or flu. If he presses on the right upper part of his chest it triggers the cough. His last blood pressure last week was 169/83. The other day at work it was like he passed out and then came to again. No, he did not go to the doctor. He also feels tired.
