General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

You report to :
- have symptoms: dizziness, headaches the res of the day
- blood pressure measured 190/93
- personal history of hypertension on antihypertensive meds
- did not take meds until mid afternoon

The symptoms of dizziness and headaches are due to spikes in blood pressure (up to 190/93). As you have not taken the normal dose, your blood pressure has gone up. Once you'll take your meds, the bp will stabilize, and the symptoms will subside.

Until you get your medications, I advise to avoid salty foods, and eat raw garlic (3 or 5 cloves), or blend it and mix with a small cup of milk.

If still not improved, should go to ER.

Hope this helps.
