Is Bright Orange Color Of Urine Normal While On Iron Antibiotics?

Hi my GP has put me iron tablets (ferris 210) as my iron level was low I ve been on them for 6weeks now but just today I noticed my urine is bright orange and it has really,really scared me I think it is something really serious with my liver can you please help as I m very scared it s something life threatening please help .

Iron pills may change urine color in some individuals. It may also make your stool color darker.

This is nothing harmful, and it will return to normal color when you stop the medication.
