Is Brisk Walking Advisable After Having L1 Stable Compression Fracture?

Hi, i am 26 yrs male, had a L1 stable compression fracture 5 weeks back with no nervous impairment.
I have been advised for 6 weeks of bed rest and advised to use KT brace for my physical activities.
Since there's no pain on my back, i started to do brisk walking daily for an hour(With Brace).
Is it advisable do so ???
