Is Bulky Uterus Dangerous?

I have just had a mirena coil fitted by my gp. He said i have a bulky uterus. Is this something to worry about? I had hysteroscopy and polypectomy 3 months ago and gyn suggested mirena to fix my DUB. I have been on norethisterone for 2 weeks now to stop a very heavy bleed until the mirena was inserted. Should i get my bulky uterus investigasted now??
