Is Calf Muscle Pain Related With Coronary Heart Conditions?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...
I have recently developed a pain in my left calf muscle. Over a period of few weeks the calk muscle tend to tighten up when walking somewhat briskly and 2-3 weeks after developing the tightening condition suddenly the Calf Muscle pulled up completely when walking quickly up a flight of stairs leaving me in excruciating pain. The pain in my left Calf muscle made it impossible for me to stand up. I managed to continue my journey 15 min later hoping on my left toe as i was unable to keek my left foot on the ground fuuly stretched. Have applied many balms, creams, UV light over the last week + but the pain has not gone away and still unable to walk properly with my left foot fully on the ground as the calf muscle starts to pull. Is this anyway connected to a coronary condition and what measures are needed to lessen the pain in the Calf muscle and get back to normal. I am 62 years old & have no history of any heart conditions to date. Your advice musch appreciated. email: YYYY@YYYY and YYYY@YYYY
