Hi, welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that she had fever of some infection. First time she had vomiting, due to the rising fever.
Second time the fever has started to rise so she has shivering and the body is hot.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. She may have to run a series of tests to find, what sort of fever it is .
Till the results comes i usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, domperidone, paracetamol.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.Thank you.
