Is Child Starting To Teeth If He Is Drooling And Chewing On Hands?

Hi, My son is 14 weeks old and wondering if he could be starting to teeth? He's started drooling a lot, and is chewing on his hands a lot. He woke up from a nap screaming and wouldn't stop until i gave him panadol. I've also noticed that his farts are really smelly. Thanks Angela

Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

It's quite common for children to droll saliva and put fingers in my mouth. It's one of the development milestone .
This usually precedes appearance of primary dentition.
There is no cause for concern for smell of farting.
If there is no distension of abdomen.

Rest be assured everything is alright.

Take care
