Is Clexane Safe To Take During Pregnancy?

Worried about taking 120mgs clexane. Is this safe to do in pregnancy? Previous Sub massive DVTs and PEs post pregnancy after both pregnancies. clexane used in previous pregnancy was only 40mgs but didn't prevent DVTs from developing 5 weeks post partum. Worried about lots!

hi,clexane is absolutely safe in pregnancy.it has no side effects on the developing fetus and will prevent vascular complications in you.while on clexane you must get your pt inr checked regularly as it is a blood thinner and u must stop it at 36 completed weeks.take care and all the best.
