I did a pelvic USS scan; uterus normal in size 81mm by 52mm. The myometrium is homogenous in echo pattern it harbors 2hypo echoic masses round in shape and bounded by regular thin wall they measure 25mm by 21mm&18mm by 21mm. Can I conceieve successfully with this result?

Hi. with this report : It will be a difficult for pregnancy to settle in uterus as these fibroid may not allow the foetus to get settled well in uterus.
