Is Conception Possible Despite Ovarian Cysts?

i am uma 29 yrs old. I consulted doctor 6 month back. She diagnosed me PCOD, endometrial tb, I was on rcinex, ethambutor for last6 months. I had under gone lap and hysteroscopy. now my blood shows tb almost negative. but still on rcinex. Rcinex cause any side effects to getting pregnant? Doctor had done an IUI. it was failed. After surgery I was on ovu L for the last 3 months, but still clear cyst 3 to 4 cm seen on my rt ovary. My perieds was on 10th febr. DOct did the scan on 12th febru. Is there any chance of conception immediately. my marriage was in 2008. kindly give me a good suggession. my email address YYYY@YYYY

Hi..regarding your first query, rcinex doesn't reduce the chances of getting pregnant as it has no direct effect on fertility.Rather it eliminates tb so indirectly it is increasing your chances of getting pregnant.However it interferes with the metabolism of pills so the efficacy of your ova l pill might decrease.
If a thorough fertility evaluation has been done and all your as well as your husband factors are favourable, there are chances that you can get pregnant provided you perform unprotected sex at the right time of your cycle which is around day 11 to day 16..or get a follicular monitoring and IUI....however keep in mind that PCOD is a factor which may deter your fertility and hence reduce your chances of getting pregnant.
