Is Constant, Severe Cough And Spitting During The Day A Matter Of Concern?
If someone has a constant cough and spitting during the day. And the cough is worst in the mornings and this person sounds like he is going to cough up a lung. Would that be a concern? And what medical check whats up munn munn fricky buns can he have for that?

Chronic cough with expectoration may be due to many reasons .
1 Smokers cough is the most common cause. So if some one do have smoking history, cough may be due to smoking.
2 Allergic bronchitis is the second most common cause of cough . If infection is added may accompany expectoration.
3 Tuberculosis is the one of most prominent cause of cough .
In my opinion get in blood for C B C and E S R examination with chest X ray .
As long time of cough with expectoration is the cause of concern.
