Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely due to dryness and irritation. It is better to avoid irritating agents like soap as that part is very sensitive. You can use saline water or warm water for cleaning. For such condition i advise ointments with steroids and moisturizing agent. If fungal infection is there then i add clotrimazole also to that.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
