crocin would be safe. crocin is
paracetamol and metabolized in lever. so safer in the kidney disease patients. having said that i would suggest you meet your
nephrologist because i do not know the other medical conditions he may have. for example many patients on
dialysis have hcv and hbsag infections-
hepatitis infections. so these should not be there because they affect the liver.
if not done, i would suggest you test for viral hepatitis
