Is Cystic Structure Measuring 1.84x1.98x1.78cm Normal For A Transvaginal Ultrasound?

Hi! I would like to consult regarding the result of my transvaginal ultrasound. It says that wiithin the left ovary is a cystic structure measuring 1.84x1.98x1.78cm, unicolar, thin walled with a daughter cyst noted in its inferomedial pole, suggestive of a dominant follicle. Please help. Thank you so much.
