Is Delayed And Extended Period With Regular Spotting A Cause For Concern?
My periods started one week late frim the due date, and for one week from their start date I just had spotting with white watery fluid. Then after that normal flow started and it lasted for almost 10 days and now its almost the 20th day I am still getting daily spotting. What can be wrong. Is this something to worry about? P.s. I am 27 years old and unmarried.
Based on this we can arrive at a diagnosis. You may need medications for a few. Days to regulate your period and stop bleeding. Rarely, if the bleeding is too much, a Dilatation & Curettage is necessary to stop bleeding.
Please consult an OBGYN as soon as possible. If it has stopped bleeding, then it is OK. However if it recurs, then it needs to be evaluated as above.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help with. Wish you good health
