Is Depo Medrol Injections Safe During Pregnancy?

Hi! I have a condition called De quervains sclerosing tenosynovitis which is common in pregnancy & breast feeding, it's inflammation of the tendon in the wrist at the base of the thumb.My orthopaedic surgeon advised for Depo medrol 40mg inj. I'm 22 weeks pregnant.Is it safe to take this inj in pregnancy?

Yes it is safe during pregnancy
But if you are going to have delivery or any surgical intervention you should have stress dose

Till you obstetricien during delivery
