Is Difficulty In Reducing Body Weight In Spite Of Exercising A Concern?
I am 5 feet 11 inch male, has weight of 105 kg. I would lyk to reduse my weight to 80 kg. I used to workout. Exersices like weight lifting. I.will workout atleast 3 days a week. Nd I also used to do cardios lyk skipping rope for almost 1year bt no fat lose is seen. I dont have any medical abnormalities. What do I do to reduse my body fat %?
