Is Doing Dilatation And Curettage Suction Once More Normal?

Hello, I was 4 weeks pregnant when i went to do an abortion, the doctor gave me 2 abortion pills and asked me to come back in 4 hours. when i arrived to him, he did a little operation which is cleaning me ( like suction) i bled only a little after this procedure and didnt bleed until the 8th day for 3 days then the bleeding stopped. on the 2nd day ( which is today ) i woke up and i was bleeding again. and went to the doctor since it was my appointment. During the ultrasound he said he has to do the suction again because there was still some cells. Is this normal ? could this happen again ? please advice me coz im panicing

1.The history you have given suggest incomplete abortion.
2.The little operation what you have mentioned could not clean complete products of conception.
3.The ultrasound which doctor ordered would have report - RPOC - retained products of conception ( in complete abortion)
4.Planning for the D&C - dilatation and curettage for complete evacuation of the products.
5.Suggest you to take proper protection to avoid all this complications, as this can cause problem like infertility in future. Good luck.
