Is Emergency Pill Effective In Avoiding Pregnancy?

Took emergency pill at 55 hours after unprotective sex. He did not complete cumming inside as
ipulled out. He said he came in me little. Rest came out once I pulled out. Hope the pill worked. If not is there an alternative such as an abortion pill. have

Hi,welcome to healthcare magic forum. AS you had unprotected sex and you took emergency pill within 72 hrs(after 55 urs),then there is less risk of getting pregnant but we can not say that it will protect you 100%. Because any pill will have some failure rate also. so in my opinion you are protected bur for 100% confirmation you have to wait till your next period.There is no other way except this.If you will not get it then get an urine test done and consult any gynecologist. Till then no need to worry much. Good luck.Thanks.
