Pylori urea breath test done to diagnose it s infection.... ESO kit prescribed for 7 to 14 days..... By acid reflux you can have stinging sensation... Head elevated by putting pillow below head for it... Avoid excess spicy and fried foods... Excessive tea, coffee, chocolate avoided... You can consult doctor for getting your posterior pharynx examination.... If inflammatory swelling more than antihistaminic drug might be given... Lozenges can be chewed meanwhile....
