Sir i am suffering from granular pharyngitis from November 2011and start its treatment from 04-Feb-2012. I am taking medicines..(1. Esomeprazole 40 mg . 2. montelukast sodium 10 mg) 1 tab daily. 3. fluticasore nasal spray twice a day. repOrts: xray of PNS &CHEST-AP IS NORMAL. IMMUNOGLOBULIN iGE,SERUM- 389.00 can this treatment is suffiecient
I would recommend levocetrizine with montelukast. a short course of antibiotics, and avoid cold drinks. steam inhalation, hot bath. betadine gargles. continue esomeprazole.
