Is Exercising Or Cycling With Ankle Weights Harmful To The Legs?

Hello, Im 22 year old man. I do exercises at home. So i want to ask you that, is skipping rope exercise with ankle weights(5-5 kg) good or it will hurt my legs. i saw many articles about the same but i got both answers. And same about Cycling( with ankle weight) Thanx in advance

hi skipping rope itself is good exercise and cycling is also good but do it with out weight as using weights you will hurt yourself as it will stress your joint also so do it with out weights it will help full in losing weight toning our lower part and as warm exercise. keep exercising and stay healthy.
