Is Facial Swelling In An Infant Normal?

My 5 Week Old Baby fell off the couch this morning I took her to the hospital they checked her over but did not do a CT scan nor a xray they said she was fine. She is eating and sleeping but I am noticing a little bit of swelling on her face, is this normal? Please help me find an answer .. I am terrified something may be wrong because of the swelling? I do go to her doctor tomorrow for a check up.. Will my daughter be ok through the night. What do I do.

hi..swelling should be examined by expert doctor in my openion..
as in some case it is normal but in few cases it must be examined..
as your concern dont worry about night..
you should go to doctor...and take advice
preferably peadiatritian..
