Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. Fibroadenoma is a type of benign (non-cancerous) tumor. It is commonly found in women under the age of 30 years. It is not necessary that they have to be removed. It depends on your physical symptoms, family history and personal concerns weather to go for its removal or not. In case it is not removed, then it needs to be closely monitored with regular clinical breast examination and imaging tests, such as mammogram and ultrasound scan. Since the lump in your case is little larger in size, it would be better to get it surgically removed. It is not an emergency situation. You can take time to decide when you need to go for its removal. There are no definitive home or natural remedies to get it cured. Hope the information provided would be helpful. All the best.
