Is Foggy Brain And Light Headedness Symptoms Of Bulimia?
Hi I have been anorexic can recently bulimic. A few weeks ago I started experience this really terrible brain fog/light headedness and it feels like I am dreaming all the time. Nothing feels real and I don t know how to explain it. I know I am alive but it doesn t feel like I am actually here and I am really scared. I was wondering is this an effect of bulimia?
I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. Anorexia Nervosa and Bulimia are eating disorders manifested itself seperate from anxiety disorders. Mind you, these are disorders and not diseases. Your light headeness could be associated with bulimia. Brain fag and confusion can also be associated. But I strongly feel that, in your case, this could be due to apprehension an inactivity. Idle mind is devil's workshop. Remember. Engage in full leisure time activities and leave worry and apprehension aside. If need be consult a clinical psychologist to assess your mental condition. For more visit http://psychocure.webs.com/
