General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The pain in the arm and hand dan be related to the physical side effect of bulimia. I suggest doing a physical examination and also a complete blood count and urine test. I also suggest to do an electrocardiogram and consult a psychiatrist for a psychological evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
