Is Foot Surgery Needed Again As It Is Still Pointing Inwards?

I went through operation of ankle. Triple Arthrodesis fixed with K wires (3) for hellux velgus. Howver i still have the same situation i.e. my right foot points towards 2'oclock position rather than being straight. Do I have to undergo again operation?
