Hi,
All the medications involved include both which cause and which treat gastritis.
If you have been regularly taking these medications and now have gastritis, dosage of Proton pump inhibitors might need to be increased.
Palpitations could be due to anxiety. But do meet your doctor for a cardiac evaluation.
Avoid taking medications for arthritis on empty stomach. If the pain is too severe, go to the emergency at one to get evaluated for gastric ulcers related complications.
If you have any further queries, happy to help again
