Hi,

I can understand your concern for hard lump in right breast.

You do not worry, most of the breast lumps are benign. It depends on the size, time and multiple other feature of the lump to be benign or malignant. It is further confirmed by fine needle aspiration cytology and mammography.

If at all you are so much worried then you can visit a surgeon and get it excised. Do go for biopsy of the lump.

All the best.
