Is Having A Tiny Grain Sized Gap In The Internal Anal Sphincter Considered Normal ?
is it ok if the internal anal sphincter has a gap the size of a salt piece? tiny tiny tiny gap in internal anal sphincter...the gap is the size of a tiny piece of salt...is this normal?

Who told that you have got lax internal anal sphincter ?
Without anal examination one can not say about the position of internal sphincter.
If external sphincter is lax then you can have some idea but not surely.
So if you got any problem at anal canal consult surgeon for advice.
