Is Headache After Head Injury A Matter Of Concern?

Hi my name is EJ. i was playing bastketball two days ago i fell and i hit my head hard on the cement floor. i have a bump on my head and i put some ice on it and it getting smaller i feel slightly heacache until now my stiff neck has been gone. should i be worried? thanks in advance.

Hello and welcome to health care magic forums.
Headache persisting after 2 days of head trauma should be investigated. My advice is to visit a Neurosurgeon and let him take a CT scan of your head. If the scan is normal, then it's alright and there is nothing to worry.
