Is Headache And Fatigue After Taking Beans Sign Of Anemia?
i feel symptoms that might be anemia, and that is after starting eating beans and nuts for 5 days i feel unhealthy (headache, black underneath my lower eyelid becomes darker, and feel exhausted and unable to do physical efforts feel lazy) i do have mal nutrition but wonder if these are anemia signs related to the diet i started that include Beans and Nuts
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Your symptoms may be due to anemia from glucoze 6-dehidrogenaze deficiency which is a kind of anemia when deficit of these enzyme can cause your symptoms after eating beans etcetera.
But in any case, you need to do some blood tests to be sure of the diagnosis and then to talk about the diet. So in my opinion, first take an appointment with your doctor.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Elona Dashi
