Is Headache In Temple Area With Fever A Concern?

For 3 days I have had a dull headache at both sides on the front of my head (temple area) and when I walk I have some pain on both sides my middle body but inside - like at the bottom of my rib cage but towards the back. Taking acetaminophen or Advil helps but it does not go away. My neck feels warm - may be a low grade fever but I don t have a thermometer to take my temp. Is this something I should be concerned about (I am rarely ever sick - have not missed a day of work in 20 years)
