Is Heart Constriction And Shortness Of Breath Related To Anxiety Attack?
So I have a problem with my heart lately, my heart has a heavy constricted feeling and when I walk I have shortness of breath so it’s hard for me to walk up hills and run and stuff like work out. And i think it might be called a heart mur mur but it happens a lot. What do you think it is anxiety? Or something else?

That less likely due to anxiety cardiac evaluation is necessary. Like ECG, 2d echo and treadmill test. About murmur that is sound which doctor can identify due to cardiac problems like valvular disease, prolapse valve, HOCM etcetera.
