My husbands heart beat is 98 beats per minute and he is 38 This is also at resting( on the sofa relaxing ) I Am worried ! I know up to 100 beats per minute is ok but this is the higher end . He is not over weight and eats 5 a day he s also a sky engineer so gets plenty of exercise .
Hi, Having constant heart rate about 98 is not common. This might be due to sinus tachycardia or due to some problem in the heart. Go for EKG to find out any cardiac ailment. Ok and take care.
