Hi,I am Dr. Prabhakar Koregol (Cardiologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My wife is 49, she has been having some chest pain and when she walks or exercises she sayes her jaw hurts, She went to habe a calcium score done with the ct scan? but thet said her heart rate waould not drop under 110? do we need to go ER or is this not so bad?
Dear Sir Thanks for your query. Definitely, chest pain with radiation to jaw is something which needs to be looked into. You should get her evaluated by a physician on priority. You may visit the ER. The high heart rate in coronary artery disease may indicated poor pumping function of heart. Sincerely Sukhvinder
