Is Heaving Bleeding Along With Headache To Be Concerned Before Smear Test?

hi, i am 31 and have had normal,regular periods and smear tests since i was 15. in the last two years i have had to have smear tests every six months as they have come back with abnormal cells. i am due a smear test now but my my last period has been longer and heavier then normal and also very painful especially when i wee i feel like my insides are going to fall out. i am booked to have a smear wednesday but am still bleeding at the moment and have been for the last 11 days. i have not been able to use tampons as it is to painful and i have been getting really bad headaches. do i have reason for concern?

Such bleeding needs to be stopped and diagnosed, before you go for smear test. You should consult your gynecologist for needful action.
