Is Heavy Vaginal Bleeding And Nausea Symptoms Of Miscarriage?

I had a missed period and positive pregnancy test 3 days ago. Yet this morning I am bleeding, quite heavy, with nausea, and feeling weak and cold. The bleeding is going on and off since this morning, feel like a period. My breasts still feel tender. Is it a miscarriage?
