Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. The medication comprises of Ergotamine, which is contraindicated in pregnancy. The rest of the components (paracetamol, prochlorperazine and caffeine) have not been shown to cause any harm to the fetus when used during pregnancy. In the current scenario, I would ask you to contact your consultant and get further medication and avoid self medication. Drug intake should be restricted in early trimester and can be allowed as needed during the second trimester. Hope your query has been answered. Take care.
