Is Hormone Replacement Therapy Necessary After Thyroid Lobectomy ?

i had right thyroid lobectomy and isthmectomy in 2010.before surgery my t3,t4 levels were normal tsh level was 5.8(normal range 0.4-4).these tests were repeated in 2011.results showed normal t3,t4 levels tsh level is 5.2.it means my tsh level has decreased and returning to normal. i want to ask do i need hormone replacement therapy?
