Is Hurting Lower Back Causes Stomach Pain?

Hi I just about passed out I got dizzy, started shaking and fell to the ground intom my sink vanity, landing on my low back and butt. I m in a lot of pain in those areas but I m more concerned because I am having very bad stomach pain as well. Do you think it s from hitting my lower back or could I have injured something internally that I should be more worried about?
