Is Hypothyroidism Accompanied With Weight Gain & Tingling In Hands?

I am a 33 yr old female. I have been to nearly every specialist imaginable. I had a complete hysterectomy in 2010 due to a failed ablation and family history of ovarian cancer. I had previously had issues with hypothyroidism and PCOS. Since 2010, I have been diagnosed with IBS, reactive hypoglycemia, goiters, psoriatic arthritis, migraines, fibromyalgia, and delayed urination. Please help me. I am now experiencing weight gain and tingling of hands, face, and feet, with slowed speech and forgetfulness. Is it possible to have all these diseases or is it one illness that no one can identify? I m in pain constantly and the fatigue is overwhelming. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thank you.

Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hello and thank you for asking!
I read carefully your concern and understood your query!
You didn't mention the how the thyroidal hormonal level is under treatment with levothyroxine.
If the thyroid hormonal level is within the normal ranges, i would suggest you to check the calcium and VitD level.
The symptoms you prescribed do correlate with a low calcium level.
I am opened for further questions after the above results.
Hope it will help.
Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
