I have severe endometrial hyperplasia is a hysterectomy my best choice?I am in renal failure due to taking feldene for arthritis my kidney function is 46 % I AM OBESE I have just been diagnosed as a type 2 diabetic. I am on a beta blocker because I went into afib in 09

Any surgery would be a little risky taking into consideration your medical history, but with an experienced doctor nothing would be all that difficult. A hysterectomy is the best option to treat endometrial hyperplasia but only your doctor will be able to decide taking into consideration all the pros and cons of the procedure.
