Is Inability To Gain Weight And Weight Loss Related To Aging?
I lost 10 pounds over a year ago and unable to regain the weight. I have not smoked or drank alcohol since 1993. am active and walk at least 20 minutes a day, enjoy meals and have a good appetite. no aches or pains to date. however am on high blood pressure meds for almost 10 years. (altace and lozide). Would this be age related as I am now 77. ,

should rule out ur wt loss..please get master health checkup to rule out any chronic disesases ....this checkup is just to make u feel better...cheers
