Is Inconsistent Bleeding Post Intake Of Mifepristone And Misoprostol Suggestive Of Terminated Pregnancy?

Hi i was 43 days pregnant i took Mifepristone orally on Sunday afternoon along with 2 tablets of Misoprostol vaginally and after 11 hours took the other 2 tablets of Misoprostol orally and i has heavy flow just on Monday since then its inconsistent. Has my pregnancy terminated? Do i take the kit again?

Mifepristone and misoprostol should be used under the supervision of the gynecologist after confirming the intrauterine pregnancy by USG scan.
Bleeding will start 30-45 minutes after using the misoprostol and continues for 4-5 days depending on the gestational age of pregnancy.
You have bleeding suggests abortion process has been started.
Inconsistent bleeding could be due to incomplete abortion.
I would suggest to consult the gynecologist for follow up, vaginal examination and USG scan to know the status of the pregnancy.
If still retain product will found then extra misoprostol should be given under the supervision of the gynecologist.
Take proper rest, eat healthy diet with iron supplements, maintain proper pelvic hygiene.
