Hello and thank you for asking Healthcaremagic

I am Dr.Endri Katro and I will be answering at your questions.

I understand your concern in this case.

What you need to understand is that one of the main functiones of the bladder is to stop an urinary tract infection get to the urethers and to the kidneys. Once it is gone,it is really easy for the patient to develop urinary tract infection.

The urine test in this case means only that there is an urinary infection and it needs antibiotics to be treated. It is something that might happen a lot.

Your dad also needs to drink plenty of water and liquids to help his urinary tract to stay clean.
-fresh fruits and vegetables
-chamomile tea or rose tea

Wish all the best for your father.

If you have any other question, don't hesitate to contact me.
