What does this mean? A sonographic report stating that the urinary bladder is adequately distended but there is an irregular calcified focus on the apex of he urinary bladder measuring a.27 X 1.21 X 0.94 cm?
Also, what is a urinary bladder wall mass? Thanks

Hi, a calcified irregular focus could mean a tumor. A biopsy will have to be done to find out its type--whether it is benign (non cancerous), malignant (cancerous) or any other cause. Please consult an Urologist. Regards
